INGREDIENT

  500 G OF TOMATOES
   1 BASIL ROD
   200 G OF MOZZARELLA
   500 G OF PENNES
   1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
   SALT AND PEPPER

   COOKING TIME: 30 MINUTES
   RECIPE FOR: 6 PEOPLE

1. Cook the penne in a large pot of salt water, then drain them. Sprinkle the tomatoes for 1 minute, refresh, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash and dry the basil. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
