Where it all began!
My name is Samir , but you'll call me Chef Sam. i'm an executive chef and although i'm an extended way from my original home, the Ivory Coast in West Africa , I even have made quite life for myself here in Washington DC. i like better to cook how I talk, American with an accent. at some point I hope to write down down my very own African Spices cookbook and to remain my customers satisfied. Here are some things about me and my biography .
Coming from the Ivory Coast in West Africa , you will only imagine the size of the family I grew up with. i wont to change state and raised during a family of 33 children with many siblings. My biggest inspiration is my mother, who would cook huge meals for nearly 40 people once we had other relations visit.
